 For the following purposes:

To receive the financial statements and Annual Report of the Corporation for the financial year ended September 30, 2024

To elect Directors of the Corporation

To appoint the Auditor of the Corporation for the ensuing year

To carry out other business as may properly be brought before the meeting

To carry out possible Bylaw Amendments
